This project aims to convey ancient culture through digital media, merging classical elements with modern technology to offer new perspectives and experiences. Emotions are extracted from the Yamato Kotoba through pixel art and entrusted to Noh masks. The subtle expressions of these masks awaken the rich expressive power passed down through generations, serving as a bridge between the past and the future. While respecting tradition, innovative approaches are embraced to revitalize ancient culture for contemporary times and convey the captivating essence rooted in the spirituality of the Japanese people to a wider audience.

このプロジェクトは、古来から受け継ぐ文化をデジタルメディアで伝え、古典的な要素と現代技術を融合し、新たな視点と体験を提供します。大和言葉が織り成す感情を能面というアイコンを通して、ドットの微細な変化で表現するピクセルアートの文脈を使い、移りゆく顔の表情を現代に蘇らせました。能面のうつろふ表情は、古来から受け継ぐ豊かな表現力を呼び覚まし、新しい世代にも受け継がれるように、過去と未来をつなぐ架け橋として機能させたいと考えました。この試みで、日本人の精神性が生きた表現の魅力を伝え、人と人の間にこころの通い合いを促す役割を果たしていきたいと思っています。
